These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shopstonebay.com and any related storefronts operated by Stone Bay ("Stone Bay," "we," "us," or "our"), including our listings on third-party marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Etsy, and eBay. By visiting this site or placing an order through one of our sales channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase from us.

03 Products & pricing

We make a reasonable effort to display our products and pricing accurately. Colors, materials, and sizing may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of our goods and differences in display screens. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and discontinue any product at any time.

04 Orders & payment

Orders placed through our marketplace channels (TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay) are processed and paid for through that channel's own checkout and payment systems, and are also subject to that channel's applicable terms. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Shipping timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

06 Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Shipping & Returns policy, and, where applicable, the buyer-protection policies of the marketplace your order was placed through.

All content on this site — including the Stone Bay name, logo, product photography, and written copy — is the property of Stone Bay and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

08 User conduct

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

09 Third-party services & links

Our products are also listed on third-party platforms (including TikTok Shop, Etsy, and eBay). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms, which operate under their own separate terms and privacy policies.

01 Processing time

Orders are hand-assembled and typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always aim to keep you updated.

02 Shipping methods

Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS. Tracking is provided once your order ships, delivered through the marketplace you ordered from.

03 International orders

Where offered, international shipping times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

04 Returns window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

07 Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, no return shipping required.

08 Orders placed via marketplaces

If you ordered through TikTok Shop, Etsy, or eBay, that platform's own buyer-protection and returns process may apply in addition to, or instead of, the policy above. We're happy to help either way — just reach out.
